Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on cancer treatments, side effects, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform central line care, blood transfusions, and pain management.
• Maintain detailed patient records and follow oncology protocols.
• Travel to various hospitals and cancer centers for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in oncology nursing.
• Certifications: BLS and OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and patient advocacy.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours and assist patients.
• Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.
